Broccoli Cheese Soup

This soup is hearty and creamy and full of a healthy serving of vegetables.


Ingredients:
2 onions copped
4 stalks celery chopped
1 cup carrots chopped
2 cups broccoli chopped
6 cups chicken stalk
3/4 cup copped velveeta cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sage

Directions:
Sauté onions, celery, and carrots in a 1 tablespoon oil for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add broccoli and chicken stalk.  Season with garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and sage.  Simmer for 20 minutes
At this point you may blend ingredients in blender or with immersion blender if a smoother soup is desired.
Add Cheese and cream, simmer until cheese is melted.
Serve with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
