Buffalo Chicken Dip
There are many variations on this spicy appetizer, my recipe comes with a little less guilt (calories) ... go ahead and enjoy!
 
 
Ingredients:
2 medium onions chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 jalapeño copped
1 can chicken
1 stick cream cheese
3 Tbs blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 container franks red hot sauce
celery sticks for serving
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in one tablespoon oil for 10 minutes or until soft.   Add in cream cheese and melt.  Add chicken and jalapeño (if you add the jalapeño with the rest of the veggies you will be coughing).  Stir in Franks red-hot sauce. Pour into baking dish, spread blue cheese and cheddar on top.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with celery slices.
